apr\u00e8s la maladie<\/h4><p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, l\u2019association organise son \u00e9v\u00e9nement signature \u00ab\u00a0 Il y a une vie avec &amp; apr\u00e8s la maladie\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0pour les personnes touch\u00e9es directement ou indirectement par le cancer.<\/p><p>Cette journ\u00e9e est d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019apr\u00e8s cancer\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Les informer sur les ressources pour pallier les cons\u00e9quences de la maladie (personnes fragilis\u00e9es et les aidants)<\/li><li>D\u00e9velopper leurs connaissances sur les bienfaits de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e<\/li><li>Conna\u00eetre la th\u00e9rapie sportive<\/li><li>Partager leurs exp\u00e9riences et situations lors des ateliers collectifs<\/li><li>Se faire accompagner et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de conseils adapt\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des associations pr\u00e9sentes<\/li><li>D\u00e9couvrir les bienfaits de la relaxation et de la pleine conscience<\/li><li>Retrouver la confiance &amp; estime de soi lors des ateliers sp\u00e9cifiques<\/li><li>Retrouver sa f\u00e9minit\u00e9 ; Savoir se valoriser par des techniques sp\u00e9cifiques ; Oser se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler et \u00eatre soi<\/li><li>R\u00e9-apprendre \u00e0 s&rsquo;aimer face au miroir.<\/li><li>Prendre un temps pour soi et oser se faire plaisir\u00a0<\/li><li>S\u2019informer sur le retour \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, la conception des CV, LM et entretiens<\/li><\/ul><p>L\u2019objectif de cette journ\u00e9e est double\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Communiquer \/ informer : \u00ab Il est possible de vivre avec et apr\u00e8s un cancer \u00bb faire passer le message sur le fait qu\u2019il est largement possible d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie sociale &amp; professionnelle pendant &amp; apr\u00e8s la maladie.<\/li><li>Sensibiliser &amp; accompagner le changement : mise en place d\u2019ateliers, conf\u00e9rences, temps de partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \/ \u00e9change, stands pour accompagner au mieux les patients ainsi que les aidants.<\/li><\/ul><p>En 2019, SARA est fi\u00e8re d\u2019avoir co-organis\u00e9 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement avec Subliminence (entreprise solidaire de conseil en image) et l\u2019association CAMI Sport &amp; Cancer.<\/p><p>Plus de 127 inscriptions pour les 34 ateliers propos\u00e9s autour du bien-\u00eatre, de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et de l\u2019accompagnement social &amp; professionnel.Une soixantaine de personnes sont venus rencontrer des professionnels des 3 secteurs et ont pu profiter des 17 stands ou\/et lors des ateliers tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 Lyon est la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition. Il sonne surtout la premi\u00e8re collaboration de l\u2019Association SARA avec la CAMI Sport &amp; Cancer et Subliminence. En 2019, SARA est fi\u00e8re d\u2019avoir co-organis\u00e9 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement avec Subliminence (entreprise solidaire de conseil en image) et l\u2019association CAMI Sport &amp; Cancer. Plus de 127 inscriptions pour les 34 ateliers propos\u00e9s autour du bien-\u00eatre, de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et de l\u2019accompagnement social &amp; professionnel.Une soixantaine de personnes sont venus rencontrer des professionnels des 3 secteurs et ont pu profiter des 17 stands ou\/et lors des ateliers tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 Lyon est la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition. Il sonne surtout la premi\u00e8re collaboration de l\u2019Association SARA avec la CAMI Sport &amp; Cancer et Subliminence.
